| Throughout the development of the Chinese economy,State-owned enterprises have been an important part of this process.Therefore,to better develop Chinese economy,the reform of State-owned enterprises becomes an indispensable step.Judging from the reform process,the Central Committee of the party has never stopped reforming the State-owned enterprises.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee held in November 2013 is a good case in point.During this session,the Central Committee passed the "decision" of the CPC Central Committee on deepening reform of some major issues,which proposed to actively develop the mixed ownership economy.From this,we can clearly see the determination of the Central Committee of the party to deepen the reform of the State-owned enterprises in terms of mixed ownership.However,when promoting the reform of the mixed ownership,we must be cautious to avoid the disorder of the State-owned enterprises.More than that,qualified investors should be invited to participate in the reform to achieve the goal of CPC Central Committee to develop the mixed ownership economy.This paper points out that private equity funds,a new pattern of investment,can be adopted to promote the mixed ownership economy.First of all,this paper makes a brief review of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China,and summarizes the historical background,the significance of the development of mixed ownership reform and some problems in reality.Then,this paper discussed about the private funds in details including its general introduction,development both at home and abroad,the conclusion and analysis of its functions and its features in equity financing,financial intelligence,financial resources.Finally,this paper concludes that taking the private equity funds and mixed ownership reform into consideration as a whole is an effective and important way to achieve our goal of reform after through analysis of causes,situation,participation pattern and significance. |
