Research On Credit Risk Of Rural Credit Cooperatives In W Town, Hulunbeier City

In recent years,with the development of economy,various forms of banks have'been established,and Rural Credit Cooperatives,which mainly provide agricultural services,are growing and developing fast.Over the years,the benefits and disadvantages are reflected in the development.This paper mainly analyzes the credit risk of W-'town's Rural Credit Cooperatives.First of all,this article is based on the real data in the existence of W town's Rural Credit Cooperatives,to analyze the risks of credit.Mainly including four aspects:First,nonperforming loans increased year by year;Second,the risk of a large number of loan defaults;Third,the guaranty is difficult to work;Four is the loan is concentrated.It is because of the existence of the risks,making the quality of credit assets continued to decline.This phenomenon need to pay attention.Secondly,analyzed the reasons for the above risk of Rural Credit Cooperatives in W town.Mainly consists of three parts:The first part is part of the credit process is flawed,such as the proportion of long-term loans are surging.The second part is the credit management process is not perfect,such as the backward management methods.The third part is the internal control of credit risk is weak,including the internal risk control environment is relatively weak.Finally,we give the corresponding suggestions for the risk of discovery and the reasons for the analysis:Such as strengthening internal construction,raising the level of credit staff,establish a good credit risk internal control culture,refinement the measures of the loan process management,to ensure more detailed before the loan review,credit ratings are more targeted,post-loan management is essential.At the same time,attention to the preservation and improvement of credit files.
