Analysis On The Influence Factors Of Private Equity Investment Fund Revenue And Its Profit Evaluation

Private-equity have started in the middle of the 20 th century on American Wall Street,and It came into China at the turn of the last century.Until 2010,with the gem shenzhen trading gradually improve,private equity investment on the "front" of China's financial market gradually,and in China's capital market another investment has created a myth.However,from the concrete the income of private equity investment project,because of the influence factors of private equity investment is numerous,evaluation method,so,private equity investors in private equity investment in the process,often because the losses suffered by the investment income of error evaluation.Due to private equity investors benefits evaluation of the main causes of failure include: first,private equity investors to invest in private equity market has not enough in-depth knowledge of specific industries;Second,private equity investors to invest in private income structure of the unknown.Thus,analysis the influence factors of private equity investment,private equity investment evaluation method,the current private equity investment in the urgent need to solve a problem.On the basis of literature review,this paper analysis and summarizes the influence factors of private equity investment income,the construction of a private equity investment evaluation index system,and through the questionnaire investigation,statistics on the influencing factors of the effectiveness of the,test reliability and validity of indicators system.Finally,based on the private equity investment income influence factors on the basis of the index system and build,through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,through case studies,the evaluation of private equity investment gains.In this paper,the research results show that the first of all,private equity investment income was mainly affected by the influence factors of five aspects,respectively,including: management factor,market factor,capital exit,policy,legal,and economic and financial factors.Through the design survey questionnaire,collecting data,the index system of reliability and validity test,verify the effectiveness on the impact of these factors on private equity investment gains.Secondly,on the basis of index system building,this paper using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,selecting typical cases,evaluate the private equity investment,the evaluation results show that this paper selected the case of private equity returns is better,but because of its project management factors score is lower,to reduce the private equity investments.Finally,this paper put forward from three aspects: to raise the level of private equity investments in China,including higher private equity project management level,strengthening private talent training;Improve the supervision mechanism,and capital withdrawal mechanism,etc.
