According to China Internet Network Information Center(CNNIC)released "2015 China Internet shopping market research report" shows that as of December 2015,China's online shopping market transactions reached a total of 25.6 billion times.The number of annual transactions are 62 times.With the vigorous development of online shopping,shopping information increase rpidly,research shows that compared to the information displayed by businesses,consumers are more willing to believe that online reviews,also online reputation.The perfect online shopping platform has a relatively perfect evaluation system,but with the vigorous development of e-commerce,the number of evaluation information showed exponential growth,consumers in the face of massive information,how to quickly identify reliable information,Improving the accuracy of network judgment is an urgent problem to be solved.This phenomenon has aroused the concern of domestic scholars,there are many related research results,but more focused on the identification of comments,comments on the usefulness of useful factors,the sort of filtering on the issue of concern little attention.In view of this phenomenon,this paper starts from the usefulness of the commentary filter,and aims to give the consumer with more informative information and improve the perception of the usefulness of the consumer information.In this paper,by reviewing the previous literature,combing the influencing factors of online review on usefulness,and constructs the conceptual model of this paper,quantifies the relevant factors through certain methods,and uses FAHP to determine the weight of the three indexes,combine with DEA to make online reviews sorting,Eventually adopt the way of empirical validation.Experiments show that this method is reliable,the sorting results are ideal,can better deal with the current online review on a large number of redundant issues,also can significantly improve the consumer's online commentary usefulness perception.This article has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
