The Study On The Path Of The Development Of Service Trade In Guangdong Province Under The New Economic Norm

In recent years,the rapid development of trade in services has become a new trend and new features of international trade in the world today and has gradually evolved into an important indicator of the level of economic development in a country and region.Resource dividend in our country is also gradually weakened,and the traditional export trade at the expense of cheap elements and environmental resources has been difficult to become continuous power of economic development.After the Eighth Plenary Session,China has been adhering to the economic development concept of “innovation,coordination,green open and shared”,and trade in services is just in line with the needs of capital and technology-intensive,low resources consumption,sustainable development and other characteristics,so it will become the next major growth momentum of Chinese economy.At the same time,in the background of industrial restructuring and upgrading in Guangdong Province,to promote the rapid development of trade in services in Guangdong Province and the first to achieve liberalization of trade in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao are both the major tasks to deepen cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao and to promote long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao,and the practical needs of accelerating the transformation and upgrading and promoting scientific development.Therefore,according to the development of service trade in Guangdong Province,the comprehensive analysis of service trade in Guangdong Province is quite pragmatic and deep-rooted,which not only has profound theoretical value but also has extensive practical significance to the rapid development of service trade.This paper analyzes the status of China's service trade in the international community,the development of domestic trade in services and the development of service trade in Guangdong Province,and analyzes the current strengths,weaknesses,opportunity and threats of trade in services in Guangdong Province by SWOT model.The overall situation is that the problem still exists and the opportunity is greater than the challenge.The development of trade in services to break through the bottleneck is the urgent need for institutional innovation and policy innovation.On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience and enlightenment of developed countries such as the United States,Britain and Australia,this paper gives the three directions of developing service trade in Guangdong Province in the "Greater Pearl River Delta" economic circle: to play the unique natural geographical advantages of Guangdong and the strategic advantages of policy that "all the way" "free trade area";making full use of modern "Internet +" and e-commerce and other technology platform;making institutional innovation as the core crack to break the constraints of institutional barriers to trade services.Finally,it gives some specific measures for reference on the further development of Guangdong's trade in services from the macro and micro level:Improve the service trade market open system;promote the rapid development of service industry;increase service trade system reform,innovation,finance and taxation,finance and other support policies;strengthen trade in human resources supply;actively build their own brands and encourage the development of headquarters economy;improve service trade statistics System and so on..
