| Now popular entrepreneurship and innovation has become a new trend,how to make people who own creative ideas obtain funds in China,because of high threshold of financing and high financing costs of the traditional financing channels.it is difficult to solve the problem of financing difficulty for small and medium-sized enterprises or individuals.Due to the small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in increase employment maintaining social harmony and technological innovation.And equity crowd-funding financing platform with a low threshold,low cost and flexibility,can effectively solve the problem of financing difficulty of small and medium enterprises.So equity crowd-funding platform is very promising.But by looking at the literature search,it is found that most of the articles are concentrated to write the operation mode and legal supervision,and analysis on competitiveness of equity crowd-funding platforms is very few,so the research object of this paper is equity crowd-funding platforms competitiveness.Compared with the United States equity crowd-funding platforms competitiveness,the article takes competitiveness comparative analysis and find out crowd-funding platforms competitiveness deficiencies,and take some advice to promote China’s equity crowdfunding platform competitiveness.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is about the review of the previous research,methods and innovation of this paper.The second part expatiate the Chinese and America equity crowd-funding platform status from the two aspects of the industry status quo and typical platform.In the third part,based on the previous platform competition force evaluation model,combining with the characteristics of equity crowdfunding platform,the article build the platform evaluation model.The fourth part selecting China representative platform Angelcrunch and American representative platform AngelList,using the platform competitiveness evaluation model,using AHP and comprehensive evaluation method to analyze platform competitiveness from the information,service,technology and brand.the fifth chapter,based on the results of the analysis,take some advices to raise crowdfunding competitiveness. |
