Research On Enterprise Value Evaluation Of HD Aerospace Company Based On EVA

With the rapid development of China’s economy,high-tech research and development,high-tech products production and service as the core of the aerospace enterprises on behalf of the country’s overall development and comprehensive national strength of the important leading industries,becoming the most important social development and national economic growth point.And HD aerospace company as a technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive high-tech listed companies,facing the knowledge-based economy and industry competition,must be mergers and acquisitions and asset restructuring and other economic activities of the enterprise reform and innovation in order to continue to maintain the industry leading position.In the process of mergers and acquisitions,the true value of the firm can provide a theoretical basis for the correct decision-making of managers and investors,so the evaluation of HD aerospace company will highlight its importance.In this paper,the EVA model is used to evaluate the enterprise value of HD Aerospace Company in the form of case,and the results of EVA evaluation are compared with the traditional cash flow discount model.The two methods are used to evaluate the value of HD aerospace company applicability.Through the comparison,it is found that the EVA value evaluation model comprehensively considers the capital cost of the enterprise and combines the characteristics of the aerospace enterprise.The evaluation result can reflect the value creation ability of the aerospace enterprise more objectively and accurately,and provide reference for the enterprise’s development plan.The results of this paper show that the EVA model is applicable to the valuation of aerospace enterprises,which will help aerospace enterprises to understand their value sources and contribute to their long-term development.And the specific case of the study to further enrich the enterprise value assessment method.
