The improvements of people's living standards further promote the development of the automotive industry.The needs of people for the configuration and performance requirements of automotive products are also rising.In order to expand the market size and cultivate the user sticky,automotive companies grasp the needs of car users and understand the user to discuss the topic of car-related things has become the top priority of automotive companies.With the popularity of Web2.0,social media have emerged a large number of car users published on the automobile topic,which supply automotive companies a more efficient way to find the users' needs and hot topics.However,the existing research lacks the research of car topic detection and evolution based on user's car comment.In this paper,the method of the topic evolution research upon car reviews based on Topic model,is put forward in the face of the challenges of detecting hot topics of car and analyzing the evolution of the topics to provide realistic user needs.In this paper,main work is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of topic model relevant theories and techniques,the characteristics of social media in the automobile field,the framework of the automobile topic evolution based on topic model under social media is constructed,which identifies the main tasks and key technical issues.(2)The development and evolution of topic model are analyzed,and the improved method of OLDA model is put forward.In addition,this improved OLDA model is validated under the actual data in the references of topic detection and model perplexity.The improved OLDA model for topic detection and evolution analysis of automobile reviews is constructed.(3)Experiments with real automobile comments data are designed to verify the practical effect of the improved OLDA model to detect automobile topics and analyze the topic evolution.
