| As the bridge of fund supplier and demander to integrate the securities market,the securities company takes an important role in promoting the circulation of securities,liquidity,price formation in market,the protection of investors' legitimate rights Etc.It's necessary to evaluate the comprehensive strength of the securities company reasonably,fairly and objectively.When using traditional multi-attribute decision analysis evaluation theory to evaluate the securities company based on the financial statements,the indicators are usually assumed to be independent to each other,however,there must be dependence between the attributes in practical assessment problems,especially between the financial indicators.Thus,in the traditional assessment approaches,the effectiveness of each attribute will be calculated repeatedly through this dependence,which may lead to “over calculation” to the results.What the ultimate goal of this paper is to evaluate the comprehensive strength of the listed securities companies throughout the country.Based on this purpose,in this paper,firstly,the methods and theories of evaluation studied by scholars at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized,and it's lack of research on the dependence among attributes in traditional evaluation theories;secondly,compared with a number of evaluation methods for listed-company,Evidence Reasoning is chosen to evaluate the comprehensive strength of listed securities companies by combining 9 typical financial indicators;thirdly,dependence among attributes is solved by changing attribute weight vector of the decision matrix,compared with traditional method,the complexity of this method is lower than the latter,and the former is more objective;fourthly,on the basis of removing attribute dependence,an example analysis on evaluating 20 listed securities companies throughout the country is listed by the way of Evidence Reasoning,showing the excellent features when using above method and theory to solve the practical assessment. |
