With the rapid development of science and technology in modern society,the information flow in high speed.The mobile Internet,internet of things,social networks and other new-generation information technology has born.These techniques have continued to produce massive data,which have brought tremendous changes to the society.We are entering a new era of big data.For business marketing,which based on rich resources in big data,using modern information technology and quantitative analysis of market,can segment customer precisely.It can provide the right products to the right customer,through appropriate channels,with the right policies,at the right time in right place,which can enhance the effectiveness of marketing effectively.In this paper,through the study of the precision marketing theory and big data theory,take the Jiangxi Mobile Communication Company Limited for example,through the analysis of available data and information,portrait the customer of 4G mobile phone and make the customer segmentation.And then,filter out appropriate target customer,map out a pointed marketing project according to the consumers' characteristics of these segmentations.Through the analysis,this paper also tries to find out the shortcomings of in of second and third class cities,providing case studies and practical guidance for mobile communications operators in data precision marketing.At the same time,these analyses can make the Jiangxi local telecom operators to understand customer needs better,develop new market opportunities,adapt marketing strategy and conducive to the integration of marketing resources.
