| With the market demand and technological progress,the general mode of production has been unable to meet existing needs.For the highly efficient of production line,low efficiency and complex logistics and distribution become a bottleneck constraint in a plant,and for the production distribution,to meet the production needs,the rationally scheduling of distribution vehicles,reasonable vehicle routing planning can improve the transport efficiency and reduce the logistics cost,so it has important theoretical an practical significance for the research of vehicle routing problem.U-frame is a logistics vehicle which has high carrying capacity,diversification distribution items,stable distribution process,easy loading and unloading items and energy-saving.For the strong beat,the production needs of diverse and large demand for the production site of the material provided,the u-frame is the best choice.This paper is research on the material distribution routing optimization of U-frame in company B assembly workshop,and combined with the theory of VRP and its algorithm.The key aspects and contributions made in this paper are described as follow:(1)The factors of distribution cost in the mathematical model used in company B are simple,in the fact,there are many factors in the actual production.This paper analyzes and combines the comprehensive factors of the distribution cost to design a new mathematical model.At the same time,Analyze the resetting parameters to correct the annual budget differences.(2)Add the waste container to the normal distribution routing optimization,impove the simple distribution problem,reduce distribution costs.(3)Design a hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the optimal route,so that the algorithm is more suitable for solving such problems,while improving the efficiency of operations while saving distribution costs.(4)For the process needs overflow the U-frame capacity,proposed virtual process to solve the problem,not only reduce the distribution costs,while improving the U-frame carrying rate. |
