| In recent years,the economic profits’ main part of manufacturing industry in the word has been transferred to its backward position,which is the services module of manufacturing industry,so as to the automotive industry.At the same time,the family car has been popular among thousands of families as an important means of transportation.However,as a mechanical product,the family car will inevitably lead to emergency situations such as anchoring or traffic accidents.This paper studies on the integration of family cars’ products and emergency services,about how to better integrate them,so as to meet the individual needs of the owner.According to the family car owners’ requirements,a lot of literature reading and practical investigation,this paper analyze the status quo of the integration of family cars’ products and emergency services,summarizes the problems and analyzes the causes of the problems,and then divide the family car owners’ requirements for emergency services into five types.Aiming at these five types,this paper uses the quantitative KANO model to classify the requirements of the owners,and analyzes the importance of the demand for emergency services and determines the proportion of the owners.The quotient of the KANO model is used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the needs of the owners,making the results more objective and combining them in the Bayesian network model to reduce the uncertainty of the analysis.Then,this paper combines the results obtained by quantifying the KANO model with the Bayesian network to establish an integrated decision model for the integration of family cars’ products and emergency services.Firstly,this paper analyzes the purpose and principle of integration.Secondly,the integration method is analyzed from the macroscopic point of view.Finally,this paper uses the Bayesian network model to analyze the integration mode of the company’s family cars’ product and emergency service integration.The integration method is taken as the decision-making scheme,and the quantitative analysis of the KANO model by the quantitative KANO model is obtained as the final decision variable,and the final decision is obtained through the establishment and analysis of the Bayesian network decision model.At last,the countermeasures and suggestions on the integration of family cars’ products and emergency services are given according to the previous analysis.The model provided in this paper can also be used in other companies’ development and research on family cars’ products and emergency services integration,this quantitative and qualitative analysis of the method has a practical significance. |
