Equity linked financial products was born in 1980s,along with the fast development of financial engineering technology and financial derivatives,equity linked financial products has experienced complicated development stage from a single product structure to hook.The emergence of equity linked financial products not only changed people's awareness of the traditional financial management,but also provided investors with more rich and convenient investment channels.As people's awareness of financial management continues to wake up,financial needs gradually improved,a lot of Internet Financial Enterprises grow rapidly.In order to meet the diverse investment needs of investors,many domestic Internet finance platforms launch a variety of innovative structured financial products,one of the most popular and favorite of investors is the equity linked structured financial productsIn view of the equity linked structured financial products,domestic and foreign researchers have done a lot of theoretical research and pricing model.this paper will study on the basis of senior scholars,based on the trend of development in Internet finance,research and analysis of the Internet financial enterprises how to break through innovation in the design of equity linked structured products,and design the CSI 300 Index Fund Equity Linked structured financial product based on bank deposit products independently.On this basis,the author gives a general discussion about market analysis,product design process,the test of risk and benefit,the advantages and disadvantages of similar products,marketing strategy and other aspects.This paper fills the void in the domestic research on the design of the equity linked structured financial products.
