Since the Reform and Opening Up,China has shown a remarkable pace of development, breaking the high-speed development records maintained by Japan and South Korea.Followed by the aging population, lack of innovation and many other issues, economic development is facing downside risks. Our government has formulated policies to adjust the economic structure and change the mode of development to increase the support of the high value-added service industry. In recent years, the proportion of the tertiary industry has increased and more than half has contributed to the increase in GDP.With the continuous development and application of high-tech,service industry and Internet technology were combined to give the birth of shared economic platforms, which are represented by Uber and Airbnb abroad and DiDi in China. These new shared economic platforms have brought great changes in the rational use of idle resources and improved allocation efficiency, which has brought great convenience to people's lives, while their advanced pricing methods have also caused some controversy. The article first deconstructs the participants of the mobile taxi platform and the mechanism of the operation and platform pricing, paving the way for the establishment of the follow-up model. The model is used to solve the optimal price of the monopoly platform under the two pricing strategies of unified pricing and variable pricing. Then I analyze the payment of the monopoly platform and the impact on the welfare of the consumers. It provides management recommendations for the government and other regulatory agencies, and lays the foundation for the development of follow-up models and further study of the entire taxi market.Secondly, basing on the Bertrand game model, this paper studies the competitive pricing decision between the emerging taxi platform enterprise and the traditional taxi enterprise, and analyzes the impact on the profits and market share of traditional taxi enterprise while the emerging platform enterprises adopts different pricing strategies.Besides,I discuss the problems and phenomena among platform,"drivers" and consumers, and give a reasonable explanation, while making some useful suggestions for the traditional taxi companies. Finally, this paper uses the multi-dimensional game model to study the competition between the two oligarchs platform providing both kuaiche and taxi services, which has reached the equilibrium of the platform under different pricing strategies. The use of variable pricing platform on the kuaiche not only can improve the profit of kuaiche service, but also improve the profit of the taxi service. In addition, the impact of the alternative between taxi and kuaiche service on platform pricing and profitability,as well as the impact of user stickiness on the platform, was discussed as a reasonable explanation for the subsidy war between DiDi and KuaiDi in China.
