With the rapid development of foreign-related economy,Foreign exchange business in the overall business of commercial banks accounts for an increasing proportion of the banks,in order to expand influence occupy the local market share,the banks compete to bid for foreign exchange business qualifications.In recent years,foreign exchange administrations(SAFE)at all levels have been actively practicing the"five changes" in foreign exchange management concepts and methods,Most of the administrative licensing business originally approved by the SAFE for prior approval have been delegated directly to commercial banks.Banks are pushed to the forefront of foreign exchange indirect management,bear the important task of "authenticity review".However,in the face of changes in the situation and responsibilities,most banks in the implementation of foreign exchange management requirements still exist some problems.Based on the local characteristics of Huainan City,Through the investigation of the relevant channels and objects,and get the bank foreign exchange supervision related data and statistical analysis.this paper analyzes the general situation of foreign economic development in recent years and obtains the data related to the foreign exchange supervision of the bank by analyzing the relevant information in the process of foreign exchange management reform,Summed up the assessment of the current policy of Huainan City,foreign exchange supervision and implementation of the policy framework and found that bank performance is not in place and other issues,and foreign exchange management policies and regulations and a large number of institutions under the principle of lack of bank operating norms,foreign exchange management cadres Team building is lacking and so on are the main reasons.In view of the problems and causes,the author puts forward that the foreign exchange administration and the commercial banks should build and improve foreign exchange management policies and system construction,establish and perfect the banking operation principles,build and perfect the commercial bank foreign exchange business self-discipline mechanism,to further improve the internal control system of commercial banks,rationalize the mechanism of internal system of foreign exchange business.This will not only improve the supervision level of the foreign exchange management department of Huainan City,but also help to promote the various types of market trade and investment facilitation,to maintain local financial stability and promote local economic development.
