The enterprise group generally pursues the maximum profit as the management goal,the financial management as the management Center,while the group financial management also takes the fund management as the core.For large enterprise groups,money is like "blood" flow between organizations in the enterprise,how to play the scale advantage of funds,increase the integration of resources,has become a modern enterprise to enhance market competitiveness of an inevitable trend.Throughout the development of successful enterprise groups at home and abroad,capital management towards a more concentrated direction of development is already become an important means of financial management.Through centralized management of funds,can improve the utilization efficiency of enterprise funds,for the enterprise budget,the allocation of funds,product sales and procurement,cash settlement,etc.have a certain normative role,but also can reduce the financial waste of subsidiaries,so that the enterprise group to achieve overall development strategic planning has adequate financial protection.Therefore,the research on the fund management and raising the level of fund management is a problem that the enterprise group has more urgently needed to solve.This paper takes L group as the research object,firstly expounds the relevant theories and research status quo of centralized capital management,summarizes the means of centralized management of enterprise group funds;This paper introduces the mode selection and operation status of the centralized management of the group’s funds,and then analyzes the economic and non-economic value of the group of L-fund centralized management,and concludes that the centralized management of funds can help improve the credit rating of L Group,formulate strategic decision,reduce capital cost,and reduce idle funds Accelerate the capital turnover and realize the enterprise value;Finally,the analysis of the Group fund centralized management is imperfect,the fund risk prevention ability is low,the fund budget management system is not perfect,the informationization level is low and the financial personnel professional skill is inferior,and tries to propose a solution to these problems.It is hoped that the research of this paper can not only promote the strategic development of the group,but also make reference to the fund centralized management of other enterprise groups in the same industry.
