Analysis On Domestic Country System Influence Factors Of China's OFDI

In recent years,China has gradually shifted to the role of net capital exporter,foreign direct investment showed a stable overall trend for the better.However,through the in-depth analysis of the data and present situation of China's foreign direct investment,it is found that there are still many deficiencies in China's foreign direct investment.Structure of Chinese foreign direct investment will not only hinder the Chinese foreign direct investment to further increase,but also on the quality of foreign direct investment promotion China caused negative effects,can be said to have overall harm.There are many factors that affect China's foreign direct investment.In view of the special nature of China's system,it is considered that the domestic system will become an important factor of China's foreign direct investment.This paper analyzes the status quo of China foreign direct investment and the problems and harm,"institution based view" and "OLI paradigm upgrade" as the theoretical basis,respectively from the three levels of national policy,investment system and laws and regulations system,more comprehensive and deeply elaborated the influence of institutional factors on the domestic Chinese foreign direct investment,then selects four typical Chinese enterprise foreign direct investment failure cases are analyzed and summarized.Through these failures can justify the investment system for the country China foreign direct investment does exist some influence.The study found that Chinese exists in the social structure and national policies and legal complicated particularity,and foreign investment approval system of financial management and the complexity of the lack of relevant laws,the common cause of the China foreign direct investment problems.Therefore Chinese should continue to improve the management efficiency and the effect of foreign exchange financial and other related fields and deepen the reform of the economic system and state-owned enterprise ownership,strengthen the construction of the service system of foreign direct investment,foreign direct investment to further improve the laws and regulations,to provide help for the China foreign direct investment for the healthy and sustainable development.
