With the development of the market economy,our country began to realize the importance of improve the management of the state-owned enterprises,and through effective management means to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Performance appraisal as the basis and the key of human resource management,the work of the implementation of the success of enterprise development is of great significance.In the process of the practice of state-owned enterprise performance appraisal,as a result of the traditional personnel management thought is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and therefore can make performance appraisal give full play to the enterprise is not much.Through establishing and perfecting the enterprise internal control,which is beneficial to prevent risk of performance appraisal,regulating the behavior of performance appraisal,improve the effect on the implementation of performance appraisal.In this paper,the related contents are arranged as following:The first part,first of all,illustrates the research background and significance,based on the relevant literature review of performance appraisal and internal control,establishes the research content of this article.The second part from the performance appraisal and the correlation of the internal control and internal control on two aspects: the influence of performance appraisal,on both the relationship between the theory analysis.Third part to TD company as an example,through field investigation,find out the problems existing in the current performance appraisal implementation: ideological understanding erroneous zone;The scientific nature of the evaluation standard to improve;Communication feedback loop is missing.The fourth part of the performance appraisal problems of TD company briefly: management concept is old,employees' knowledge level is low,the system design is relatively lacking.Fifth part on the basis of the above,this paper puts forward the combination of the internal control to improve the TD company performance appraisal optimization Suggestions: To guide performance appraisal with the concept of internal control of ideology construction;The risk assessment mechanism is introduced into the performance evaluation;Use control activities to perfect the performance appraisal standard;To strengthen the performance appraisal of information and communication;To carry out the internal supervision of throughout the whole process of performance appraisal.
