The social alliances was faced the big change for their business development cause of too rich for information flowing inside the market.We all know that the talent competition is the key for become stronger.The leader believe he can lead my team keep walking along in this bad situation,and he suppose this is his responsibility to let the team members know how they should doing for stand stable at the dark time.Every social alliances content three major relationships,between team leader to team leader,between team member to team member,between team leader and team member;So how to become a successful management? It seem according to how the leaderships keep every party in very well in connection and inside a balance relationship;Consolidation always create winner.Therefore,many of western countries attended so much for the system of relationship inside management,and they done it successful as systematical and theorization;Our country is big fall behind with them in this topic,we try to following the steps to compete with this,but we never turn it systemic;However we try using difference matched-pair for the testing,fairness even to be the obstruction in results.So that's becoming our studying point for this topic.The Summary:(1)Negative result will be foreseeing to the team cohesiveness when LMX differentiation occur gap.(2)The organizational justice is related to LMX differentiation occur gap or not.(3)Organizational justice and team cohesiveness is linked in same channel.(4)Keep LMX differentiation stable can be prove both organizational justice and team cohesiveness,we learn between to strong ourselves according control relationship internal.
