The Development Research Of Private Equity Fund In Inner Mongolia

In developed countries in Europe and the United States,Private equity fund plays an very important role,as an financing means behind the bank loan and the Initial Public Offerings,and makes a great contribution to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Through nearly 30 years development,the Chinese private equity funds already has gone into a mature phase.But In Inner Mongolia,according to the statistics,there are a lot difficulties on financing,such as single financing structure that the enterprises rely on 70%bank loans.Private equity funds must become one of the businesslike methods to solve financing difficulties of the enterprise,to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprises and to perfect the financial market system in Inner Mongolia.Based on the development of private equity funds in Inner Mongolia as the research object,first of all,describing the meaning,the nature,the basic theory,organization form of private equity funds,reviewing the research literature at home and abroad of private equity funds from the aspect of corporate governance,legal regulation,and summarizing the outstanding research results.Secondly,studying the development course and the present situation of domestic and foreign private equity funds,helps us have a certain understanding on the private equity funds.And learning the experience of developed areas at home and abroad.Again,from the investment scale,direction,organization and operation to describe the current situation in Inner Mongolia,and based on this puts forward the main problem and the feasibility of private equity funds in Inner Mongolia.Finally,in combination with the practical situation of Inner Mongolia,puts forward suggestions,such as cultivating the fund managers,and guiding the investors and the host countries,widening the channel of the exit,encouraging the development of financial cooperation,and strengthening policy guidance to support.
