The resource of solar energy is rich and widely distributed.It is the most development potential resource in 21th century.As the problem such as global energy shortage and environment pollution problem have become increasingly prominent,the solar photovoltaic power has become the emerging industry which countries in world focus and pay attention to it due to its characteristics of clean,safe,convenient,high efficiency,high reliability,long service life,does not pollute the environment and independent generation and grid-connected operation.Countries are stepping up the pace of the development of photovoltaic.In recent years,the National Energy Administration issued a series of policies to encourage all kinds of power users,investment companies,professional energy services companies,individual to invest the construction and operation of the distributed photovoltaic power generation project.However,the traditional financing method has the disadvantages of narrow channel,poor resource integration capability,the lack of professional guidance and the unwise investment.It is can hardly accomplish the financing of the PV power generation project.Therefore,we designed and implemented a PV project financing system based on the ThinkPHP to reduce the cost and investment risk of the PV project in financing and development phase.We believe this is a new solution to solve the financing difficulties in China's PV industry.Also it is a contribution to provide the low-carbon,clean and convenient green energy.The main work is as follows:(1)Confirming the functional requirement of the system and each function modules through the analysis of the cooperation process among the three parties of PV financing platform,the investor,the project initiator and the energy service company.(2)Creating the database and implementing the concrete function of the system to finish the PV project financing system based on the ThinkPHP frame.(3)Writing test case code to verify the system performance and functionality.
