Research On Cost Control Of TCL Communication Company Bansed On Value Chain Theory

With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous improvement of Internet technology,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense.The competition intensifies,urges the enterprise the management goal from the survival and the development to the effective reduction enterprise cost direction transformation.Therefore,there are many deficiencies in the traditional cost control,it is difficult to play an effective role.If we control the cost from the perspective of the value chain theory,paying attention to the control of the external value chain is conducive to the advantage of cost control,and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.Chinese and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research on the theory of cost control,through the relevant literature and summarizing,found mainly focus on internal cost control from,while ignoring the downstream industry cost control,so the research of cost control in the whole value chain,more conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.However,in combination with China's actual economic policies and market conditions,the combination of value chain and cost control,there are still deficiencies,and put forward effective suggestions.In the course of the study using literature research method and case analysis method,standard analysis method,the TCL communication cost control based on value chain is researched,the TCL communication company in terms of cost control problems,and the causes of the problem were analyzed.Then we apply the theory of value chain in the industry cost control,from the internal value chain and external value chain,industry value chain analysis,construct the system of cost method based on the theory of value chain,to better control of TCL communication site cost.
