Research On Internal Audit Informatization Construction Of The People's Bank Of China A Branch

In recent years,the people's bank of China's position and role of the national macroeconomic regulation and control system is increasingly outstanding.It is effect of stabilizing the financial system of the responsibility is significant.The people's bank of China is in the special period of function transformation.The success or failure of the transformation directly determines the stability of the national economic development.The functions needs the internal audit self-regulating mechanism to escort,which is an important part of the people's bank of China.Under the condition of the functional transformation,profound changes have taken place in the central bank's internal audit,the mode,methods,and the management mechanism.Some problems will block the development and transformation of its internal auditing,such as the establishment of high-quality talent,the construction of basic environment,the development and application of audit software,the promotion of the informatization of internal auditing,and the de-normalization of auditing technologies.Thus,speeding up the people's bank of China's internal auditing information construction is inevitable when facing the high-speed development of technology and information science.Therefore,a study of internal audit information,which can improve the efficiency of the people's bank of China's auditing work and evade the bank's auditing risk,is proposed in this paper.The research on internal audit informatization in A audit informatization in A people's bank of China adopts literture analysis,the standard methodology and case study.After analyzing research papers in and abroad,the therories of internal audit informatization are learned.Then,problems that exist in this field are described.Based on the description,the resons which cause these problems are analyzed.The target and princiles in establishing internal audit informatization systems are brought to overcomes these problems.Base on the existed inernal audit informatization system of headquarter of people's bank,and learning from success cases in China,the framework structure of internal audit informatization system of A people's bank of China is established.Based on the above researches,the push of our system is described.It is estimated that the research can improve the internal audit informatization level of A people's bank of China solve the existed problems,improve the efficiency and quality of audit work,avoid work,aviod audit risks,and develop the constructions of internal audit informatization in people's bank of China.
