The Risk And Prevention Of Usance LC Settlement

International payment is one of the most important procedures of international trade and letter of credit is the most important and the most widely used mode of payment in international trade.Because of its simple and financing quality,the usance letter of credit is used widely and developed rapidly.But every coin has two sides,because of the complexity relationship of different parties and the specific operation process of usance LC,there are several different unexpected risks emerged.Therefore,to keep away of the usance LC settlement risk has become a big important problem.This study is different from any other thesis which is from the perspective of legal research to solve the problem of international trade settlement.This thesis is not only from the perspective of practical operation experience on the basic of the latest national trade policy to analyze,but also though comparative analysis of concept and trait about four different kinds of long-term LC payment and three different parties to conclude all the risks and the solutions to avoid or reduce the risks.And the result of this research is significant for the development of international trade.
