The Government's Research On The Improvement Of Enterprise Product Standardization Management

With the continuous improvement of living standards of residents in our country today,product quality problem increasingly cause the extensive concern of social public,the enterprise product quality is based on product standards,therefore to strengthen the enterprise product standardization management by government is particularly important.These two years,Standardization Administration of the P.R.C.is intensively engaged in cleaning up the standards,turning mandatory standards into voluntary standards in most of the national standards and the industry standards and making the enterprise in the use of standard enjoy greater choice.This is conform to the law of development of market economy,but there are some problems when the enterprise choosing and developing enterprise product standards voluntarily,it should be paid more attention.In this context,how to strengthen enterprise product standardization management from the government level has become an important research subject.In this paper,it adopts the combination of theory and practice analysis method,the literature research method,comparative analysis method,the sampling investigation analysis method and other research methods,taking the standardization development of enterprise product in Liaoning Province as an example,through the study of domestic and foreign government to the management and development of the enterprise product standardization,enterprise product standards and standardization related theory and current situation of the development of Liaoning Province enterprise product standardization,it conducts sampling investigation and evaluation of enterprise product standards which has been made public by some enterprises in Liaoning Province and analyses the problems deeply in enterprise product standardization management in Liaoning Province.And five reasons is found that the relevant laws and regulations and management system is not perfect,the construction of public service platform needs to strengthen,lack of supervision and inspection,the foundation of professional talent and team building is weak,standardization work is carried out insufficiently.Finally,according to the practical situation of enterprise product standardization development in Liaoning Province and the objective reality condition of the government level,six improvement countermeasures of enterprise product standardization work in Liaoning Province are put forward,and it finally form the research conclusion.
