Research On The Measurement Of Green Total Factor Productivity And Its Adjustment Mechanism

Since China's reform and opening up,China's industrialization and urbanization accelerating,present the sustained and rapid economic growth,but accompanied by the excessive development of resources and serious environmental deterioration.In recent years,Fog and haze in our country is very common,the beijing-tianjin-hebei region are repeatedly on the black list,the haze has not only seriously affected people's daily lives,but also cause psychological panic.In view of the cause of the haze,our country also took the compression capacity and so on.However,the Ministry of environmental protection research report shows that efforts to increase energy conservation and air pollution prevention action plan has resulted in the reduction of China's GDP,there is a contradiction between economic growth and environmental governance.Then,how can environmental protection be coordinated with economic growth? Promote green total factor productivity is the important way.To carry out the research of green total factor productivity to promote the sustainability of China's economic growth has the vital significance.In this paper,the concept of total factor productivity is redefined based on total factor productivity.On the basis of economic theory,the formation mechanism,influencing factors and adjustment mechanism of green total factor productivity are analyzed.The measuring model of green total factor productivity is built by the method of solow residual.On the basis of empirical analysis and econometrics knowledge,the cause model of green total factor productivity is constructed.Based on general equilibrium theory,using the exogenous variables of biochemical method,build green policy adjustment model of total factor productivity.Based on the measurement model,the cause model and the adjustment model,to collate data,test model,empirical analyse,and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.The empirical results indicated that the green,the growth rate of total factor productivity in China is still in a relatively low level,rise and fall in mutual fluctuation situation now,and the volatility and values have been reduced.The results of the analysis show that the deposit rate and the average wage of urban units are the causes of China's green total factor productivity.Wage policy adjustment analysis shows that the policy of green total factor productivity growth rate has a regulatory role,and with the green total factor productivity growth expectations increase,the ideal level of the corresponding increase in wages.Interest rate adjustment model test results show that the implementation of the interest rate policy can not directly make green changes occurred in the total factor productivity growth rate,but the combination of interest rates and wage policy can affect the level of green growth rate of total factor productivity.To this end,the paper puts forward the following to improve green total factor productivity level of policy recommendations: the government give full play to the leading role,enhance independent innovation consciousness and the policy support;Enterprises actively respond to the call of the state to achieve technological management innovation;Stressing the cultivation of human capital,optimize the income distribution system;Deepening the reform of interest rate marketization,and promote the rational allocation of funds.
