Organizational citizenship behavior is voluntary and extra-role behaviors which are beneficial to the organization,and it is an important issue that should not be ignored in the process of the enterprise management.Organizational citizenship behavior is beneficial to form a harmonious atmosphere between employees,and it is very important to the organization culture construction;and help to share the information between employees,and lay the foundation for employee innovation.Especially in the modern service industry,the staff and customers have good service contact,so employee organizational citizenship behavior help staff be more active to provide customers with considerate service,which can shape high-quality customer experience,increase the organization's excess profit and benign to contribute to sustainable development of organization.State promotes paid vacation system for worker and system of modern national tourism and leisure in gradual.Leisure and tourism helps to escape from daily life,to restore physical and mental health,restore function of leisure has become a hot topic in scholars.Leisure recovery experience can improve staff's family life satisfaction and work life satisfaction,and prompt employee organizational citizenship behavior,so it is an important approach to realize organizational citizenship behavior.This paper quantify leisure recovery experience and leisure satisfaction,family life satisfaction,work life satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of employees,based on the theory of social exchange theory,resource conservation,and the theory of role accumulation theory and attitude theory,and build the mechanism of the influence of leisure recovery experience on employees' organizational citizenship behavior.Use Random sampling and questionnaire survey to investigate Changsha hotel staff,use the structural equation model analysis of survey data,and get the research conclusions: first,the hotel industry organizational citizenship behavior of 2 d article 18 measure method is verified by tests.Hotel employees' organizational citizenship behavior can be measured by behavior object to the two aspects for personal and in view of company.Second,the leisure recovery experience have significant positive effects on leisure satisfaction,and leisure satisfaction have significant positive effects on family life satisfaction,leisure satisfaction has significant positive influence on work life satisfaction.Third,family life satisfaction have significant positive effects on work life satisfaction,work life satisfaction have significant positive effects on family life satisfaction.Fourth,work life satisfaction of employees has significant effects on "organizational citizenship behavior-individual",work life satisfaction of employees has significant effects on "organizational citizenship behavior-organization".Also this paper puts forward the management implications: first,enterprises should create conditions(such as paid vacation,etc.)to provide employees with more good leisure recovery experience.Second,the staff should keep balance in the work and family life and promote the good interaction between the work and family life.Finally,enterprise management should guide the employees' organizational citizenship behavior intention and action,which can form a good enterprise culture atmosphere.
