Total Project Control Mode Of Principal-Agent Moral Hazard Incentives Research

Because the large project has the characters that lot investments,long period,huge scale,difficult technique,lots of participating members,it is more difficult to manage comparing to the ordinary project.By introducing project control model to establish the general control management system effectively increased the owner project management and control ability.General control unit as the master control mode can effectively run the key factors,so the owner to strengthen the management of general control unit is very important.From the perspective of information economics,between the owner and the master control unit it is a principal-agent relationship,owners want to strengthen the management of the master control unit can be done from the perspective of the principal-agent.Therefore,this paper gives the question that how to govern the risk in the principal-agent.The main research including:analyzing controlling management and the theory of principal-agent and principal-agent between owner and controlling units,explaining why the owner entrusts controlling units,main contents of controlling units and the division of labor between owner and controlling units;analyze the risk in the principal-agent of controlling units on this foundation;build the mechanism how to govern the risk in the principal-agent.Via analyzing the model,build the choosing mechanism of controlling units,the motivating mechanism of controlling units to govern adverse selection risk and moral risk finally.The specific project has been integrated in the analysis,so it achieves the combination between theory and practice.
