With the speeding up of the global economic integration,network,electronic information technology,increasingly popular,each country of the enterprise competition is increasingly fierce,the changes of the international market.For Chinese companies,is not only the opportunity,at the same time also means challenges.In addition,after China’s accession to the WTO,the sustainable development of economy has been rapid,many enterprises in the aspect of performance management in the future,however,existing deficiencies,to be perfect and improved.Practice has proved that the construction of a scientific enterprise performance appraisal management structure,enrich the theory and practical experience,can help the enterprise improve the performance evaluation system,but also achieve the systematic,scientific system,improve enterprise operating efficiency,create huge economic benefit and social benefit for the enterprise,also is more advantageous to promote the implementation of the strategy of the target level.So,in the process of performance management in enterprise management play a key role in the performance management is the core of performance appraisal,so this article will be performance appraisal as a research focus on the real state of DJ company,the most important steps for comprehensive analysis and research,and offer the suggested proposals focusing on the problems.In the process of writing,adopts the literature method,collecting,browse a large amount of literature,summarizes the enterprise performance evaluation at home and abroad in detail in terms of theory,for the advantages and disadvantages of each theory to carry on the comprehensive analysis;At the same time,based on the DJ company actual situation,through the form of questionnaire,summarizes the DJ company in performance appraisal and evaluation of existing shortcomings and deficiencies,mainly for the evaluation system were low,personal goal rationality in doubt,lack of performance management incentive,ability quality assessment,lack of internal competition,etc.Then according to the company by OKR performance appraisal theory,in the original company KPI evaluation system,the rate of two system,on the basis of performance appraisal system is optimized for the DJ company,through the enterprise relationship between background and foreground in the assessment,performance accountability targets,daily supervision and guidance performance,performance evaluation and feedback,and the results using the related system,refinement and modification.And the front desk business OKR of goal setting,decomposition of key results,action plan and execution and scoring detailed deployment.Mainly defines the concept of appraisal main body,to formulate the assessment principles,define the cycle with the process of assessment,and adopts analytic hierarchy process to construct and perfect the assessment index system;At the same time,in order to smooth implementation of the DJ company performance evaluation system,and illustrates the specific safeguard measures,proposed should pay attention to human resources management to the members of this precious resource in the management,to strengthen self-discipline in front of staff in the interests of corporate culture,through the performance of the accountability system to realize the combination of enterprise strategy and personal goals,pointed out the direction for how to implement performance appraisal system.Above research means,method and content,has the profound theoretical and practical significance,will be the DJ company as well as related scientific design suitable for the development of the enterprise performance evaluation mechanism,rapidly increasing economic benefit,provide valuable basis of theory and practice aspects.
