| Business strategy is a reaction taken by an enterprise who is in competitive environment.The enterprise should consider their own advantages and disadvantages.The making of business strategy requires the enterprise to take into account the macro environment,the development trend of the industry,the enterprise’s own conditions and other factors,so as to make the optimal strategy.Because the macro environment,industry trends and other external environment as well as the enterprise itself will change over time,so a business strategy will not be static.According to the change of internal and external environment,the business strategy should be adjusted in time.In this paper,the author uses the learning management and related knowledge to analysis the business strategy of LM gold branch in Sichuan.The author hopes to provide some practical suggestions for the operation of LM gold Sichuan branch in the next three years(2018-2020).In this paper,PEST model,Potter’s model,SWOT analysis model and other analysis methods were used to analysis the development trend of the macro environment,jewelry industry and the internal environment of LM gold Sichuan branch.LM gold Sichuan branch,although in the stage of rapid development,but the business strategy of LM gold Sichuan branch also has some problems.Some adjustments are needed in order to adapt to the competition.The necessity and feasibility of adjusting business strategy and the principles LM gold Sichuan branch needs to follow and the specific measures were provided by the author.In this paper,the author further explores the risks that may arise during the adjustment of business strategy and puts forward the corresponding risk control measures.At the same time,the author tries to provide the reference for the research on the business strategy of the other enterprises in the jewelry industry,while trying to adjust the business strategy of the LM gold Sichuan branch in the next three years. |
