The Ecological Tourism Planning For Modern Agricultural Park Of Muling River Basin

Chinese government puts forward that tourism is taken as a new economic growth point to develop and the agroecological tourism plays a very important role in promoting the sustainable development of the tourism industry.With the rapid development ofagroecological tourism,problems like how to achieve reasonable planning and scientific development of it have attracted great attention from all sectors of society.Therefore,agroecological tourism becomes a hot topic in the academic circle.Through reviewing literature,analyzing data and researching on agroecological tourism theory and contents,this paper gives a modern agricultural park ecological tourism planning of Muling River basin.Research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)By tracing the research progress of ecotourism and agroecological tourism at home and abroad,the research trend and developing direction of agroecological tourism are clear and definite.The planning of agroecological tourism should considerate the biodiversity conservation and highlight the characteristics of agricultural resources at the same time to establish an agroecological tourism planning method system as a guidance of practice planning.(2)Based on the study of concept,development process and characteristics of agroecological tourism and the three major theoretical foundation like the theory of relationship between man and nature,the theory of ecological aesthetics and the theory of sustainable development of ecotourism,this paper joins the theory of tourism ecological footprint,theory of circular economy,stakeholder theory and agricultural ecology theory as the theoretical basis and support of agroecological tourism to put forward the contents of agroecological tourism planning,which gives a more scientific and reasonable guidance for agroecological tourism planning.(3)Researching the contents of agroecological tourism planning from the survey and evaluation of agroecological tourism resources,survey and evaluation of agroecological tourism environment,market analysis of agroecological tourism,research on ecotourism development mode,tourism service facilities planning and tourism ecological environment construction,selecting The Classification,Investigation and Evaluation of Tourism Resources(GB/T18972-2003)to classify the agroecological tourism resources,choosing the integration of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation as method to evaluate the agroecological tourism resources,this paper raises four general principles:the development of agroecological tourism development should follow the principle combined with ecology,culture,science and technology;the principle of combining local conditions,highlighting the characteristics and cultural connotation;the principle of sustainable and harmonious development;the principle of the unity of three benefits to provide a perfect method guidance.(4)The system of agroecological tourism planning method is taken into practice,this paper gives an overall modern agricultural park agroecological tourism planning of Muling River basin that analysis of basis and conditions of tourism industry development,comprehensive evaluation of tourist resources,the analysis and forecast of tourist market,Tourism function zoning and project planning,image positioning and tourism products,road traffic,service facilities,the protection of tourism resources and ecological environment construction realize the combination of theory and practice.
