Minsheng Bank Financial Risk Evaluation And Control Warning

Private bank is a kind of commercial bank with distinct Chinese characteristics.It plays an important role about deepening financial reform and support the development of small and medium enterprises.At present,the development of private bank in China is not standardized.Private bank's financial risk management ability is weak.Through the study and analysis of the financial risks of private bank,we can not only improve the level of financial risk management of private bank and achieve the sustainable development of private bank,but also can help to form a financial risk management system about commercial bank which suitable for China's national conditions.Minsheng Bank is the first real private bank of china,Through the study of Minsheng Bank's financial risk,we can not only help Minsheng Bank to improve the level of financial risk management,but also can provide reference for China's private bank to improve their financial condition.First of all,the paper analyzes the possibility of the existence of financial risk about Minsheng Bank and introduces the general situation of management and the control measures of financial risk about Minsheng Bank.And then analyzes the single financial risk index about capital risk,asset quality risk,liquidity risk and profitability risk from horizontal and vertical aspects to find out the trend of single financial risk index and the difference about single financial risk index with other listed commercial banks.Next this paper uses factor analysis method to overall merit Minsheng Bank's financial condition.Finally,combined with the results of the above evaluation and analysis,this paper constructs the financial risk early-warning index system which belongs to Minsheng Bank and uses K-Means clustering and BP neural network model to build a financial risk early-warning model about Minsheng Bank.Through the study shows that the Minsheng Bank's financial risk situationcompared to other listed commercial banks still has a lot of aspects need to improve,Minsheng Bank's asset quality risk,capital risk and profitability decline is the most prominent problem.This is mainly due to the Minsheng Bank's asset quality management ability is weak and source of income is relatively simple.Most of the private banks in China are also facing a similar problem with Minsheng Bank.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward improve the quality of risk management personnel,establish risk management window,the governor shall assume overall responsibility and broaden revenue channels to improve the financial risk of Minsheng bank,and get some enlightenment to improve the private bank's financial risk management level.
