| Now,R&D has become the survival way and the era theme of the enterprises.R&D is the foundation of enterprises' sustainable development and market success,and it's also seen as the key elements of core competence.Now,both developed countries and developing countries are actively formulating and implementing innovation policy.But since the market competition is becoming fiercer than before,if enterprise wants to make full use of two markets both at home and abroad through internationalization strategy,enterprise should treat R&D activities more actively in order to obtain continuous competitive advantage.The general secretary Xi Jinping also explicitly pointed out that "to implement the development strategy of innovation drive...and adhere to the enterprise's dominant position of R&D".Since China is playing a more and more important role in the global economy,accelerating "going out" is an inevitable trend of Chinese enterprises,and it's also the strategic choice for Chinese enterprises to take full use of international comparative advantage and expand its own enterprise scale.When Chinese enterprises try to carry out large-scale international strategy,it will bring more business opportunities to the company as well as the big risks.Recently,Chinese enterprises' internationalization strategy has been a hot topic for many scholars from all over the world,but they all focused on the topic of the routine of the internationalization,the necessary conditions of the internationalization and the driving conditions of internationalization,little people discussed about the impact of internationalization strategy on the R & D innovation behavior of enterprises.So in the process of the internationalization strategy,how will the international expansion impact the ability of enterprises' R & D innovation ? Will the "going out" strategy play a positive influence to R & D innovation? What are the possible regulatory factors for it? These questions are subject to theoretical analysis and empirical testing.This is also the starting point of this study.First of all,based on the study of related literature from home and abroad,this article combined domestic and foreign scholars' study of enterprise internationalization strategy and R&D,on the base of properly definitions of internationalization and R&D,put forward the conclusion that enterprise internationalization strategy will produce certain effect to the enterprises' R&D.Then using regression model to measure the Chinese manufacturing listed companies' international strategy ‘s influence on its own research and development innovation from 2008 to 2014,the result shows that the internationalization strategy of China's manufacturing companies played a significant inhibitory effect on their innovative ability of R&D.Secondly,the article also put the nature of property right,financing constraints in the regression model,using the regression model to explore internationalization strategy's impact on its own R&D under the different nature of property right,financing constraints,the results showed: the internationalization strategy's negative influence to the enterprise R&D only exist in the non state-owned enterprises,in state-owned enterprises,international strategy have no influence to the enterprise's own R&D;At the same time,the ease of financing constraints will release enterprise internationalization strategy's negative effect on their own R&D.At the end of the paper is theoretical explanation to the empirical study,and through the study of Haier Group's internationalization strategy and the internationalization strategy of Korea,putting forward effective policy Suggestions about how to promote R&D in the international strategy for the enterprise: 1)Play more attention to improve innovation ability,increase the amount of the investment in R&D;2)change the management ways,try to achieve internationalization of enterprise management;3)expend the attention of the international human resources,realize the internationalization development of talent. |
