Research On The Cost Of Credit Financing In Domestic Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

Because of the growing prominence of the role and contribution of small and medium enterprises,the small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important constituent in domestic economic system.Others can not replace small and medium-sized enterprises in solving livelihood problem,promoting national economy development,guaranteeing social life stability.However,comparing to their positions,they still face a lot of impediments in development.The financing demand increases rapidly,but is hardly satisfied.Meanwhile,the high financing cost has become more and more notable.The small and medium-sized enterprises are,in the mass,under heavy burden of financing cost.This problem is difficult to solve,not only in domestic,but also for abroad,which has got high attention of society.Specialist and intellectuals has studied SMEs intensively.Government has published a series of policy to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Financial institutions,such as banks,have improved service for the small and medium-sized enterprises.But these actions didn't solve the financing difficulties fundamentally.High financing cost has become the great obstacle for SMEs' financing.To study and expound the financing cost of small and medium-sized enterprises,there are 6 main chapters in series structure in this thesis.At first,It introduces the study background,significance of this thesis.By study of domestic and foreign literature,it comes up with main research content and method,as well as innovation.Then it introduces the concept of SMEs,business financing theory.Based on this,it summarize the effect of small and medium-sized enterprises,and analyze the inferior position of domestic SMEs' financing.Begin with credit financing cost analysis the small and medium-sized enterprises in different financing channels,this thesis introduce bank financing cost.This thesis dissects commercial banks,market mechanism and relative interest subject,construct loan price mode for small and medium-sized enterprises,and discuss cost influence factor of commercial bank to SMEs' financing in different aspects,such as theoretical data and actual cost.At last,this thesis concludes main influence factor of small and medium-sized enterprises credit financing cost,meanwhile,comes up with counter measure and suggestion to improve SMEs financing cost.
