June 2014,the China Securities Regulatory Commission promulgated the "on the implementation of employee stock ownership plan for listed companies guidance " for China's listed companies to implement employee stock ownership plan to provide a formal norms and system protection,to promote the healthy development of employee stock ownership plan Significant meaning.In the context of this new system,the employee stock ownership plan has been the corresponding companies,the implementation of employee holdings enthusiasm continues to rise.With the continuous implementation of employee stock ownership plan in China,it is imperative to study the implementation of employee stock ownership plan.However,due to the institutional background and social environment and other factors,employee holdings in China started late,the development is relatively slow,so the domestic staff holdings of the relative lack of research.Most of the existing research results,the focus on employee stock ownership system development,legal issues,the staff holdings after the implementation of the program is relatively small,the relevant case study is lacking.Based on this situation,this paper uses the method of case study to select the case company Su Jiao Ke,the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan to study the incentive,first of all the case company employees to implement employee ownership plan background and motivation,Program design and implementation of the effectiveness of the two aspects of the case of the implementation of employee stock ownership plan to study the incentive.Finally,it analyzes the shortcomings of the case company's employee stock ownership plan,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for these problems.In this paper,we find that:(1)The staff holding plan implemented by Su Jiaoke has a positive effect on improving the ownership structure of the company;(2)The implementation of employee stock ownership plan has been positively affected by the market,and promoted the stock price growth;(3)The implementation of the employee's shareholding plan is motivating the company's overall financial performance.The research of this paper provides a case reference and experience and data support for the implementation of employee stock ownership plan for listed companies,which can help the relevant enterprises to carry out the program design and implementation arrangements when implementing the employee stock ownership plan so as to give full play to the employee's shareholding plan Incentive,but also enriched the staff holdings case study of the literature.
