As strategic emerging industries,software and information technology services industry vigorously support by national policy,keep a rapid rise,therefore,under the background in the era of "Internet +" leading science and technology innovation,it has become the force at the core to drive the development of social transformation our country.To promote the rapid development of software and information technology services,is our country in the information technology revolution for the inevitable choice of competitive advantage.However,our current software and information technology services businesses generally has a shorter life cycle,risk management and risk prevention consciousness is generally low.Therefore,to focus on the problem of software and information technology service industry enterprise's financial risk,to analyze the causes of the financial risk and carries on the effective identification and evaluation,find the risk of links in a timely manner to the control of risk factors,helps software and information technology service companies to strengthen the prevention and control of financial risk,so as to promote benefical development of enterprises.This paper based on the domestic and foreign research results.According to our country's enterprise financial risk characteristics,software and information technology services to RJ company financing,investment,management,profit distribution,research and development,innovation of financial risk identification.Selection in small and medium-sized enterprise board with RJ company of 26 listed companies as samples,software and information technology services to the sample company debt paying ability,operation ability,profit ability,growth ability and cash flow ability,innovation ability,six aspects 18 index factor analysis of the related data and it is concluded that RJ company in 2011-2016 in the same industry comprehensive ranking of 26 listed companies and six main composition factor ranking situation,thus to evaluate the financial risk.According to the RJ company financial risk identification and evaluation of the results summarized RJ company financial risk factors,and accordingly put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In this paper,the study not only helps to get a better understand on own RJ company financial risk,strengthen risk prevention awareness,so as to better promote the development of enterprises.Also for software and information technology services to other companies for their financial risk identification and assessment provides the reference.
