The Research On Regional Equity Financing Of Company A

Nowadays,there is a speed shift period for Chinese economy.And it is ready to turn to be the new normal of Chinese economy.Under the environment of domestic economic downturn,medium and small-sized enterprises make great efforts to push the economy get rid of the depression.What's more,they also play an important role in many aspects,such as rising regional economy,solving the problem of employment and restructuring the pattern of economic development.However,the financing position they have gained in the financial marketplace contradicts badly the influence they have created in the financial society.Several opinions on further promoting the healthy development of the capital market(referred to as the new state nine)came out on May 8th2014,regional equity market has been treated as an integral part of multi-level market system construction to provide more opportunities for small business finance.In this paper,we will mainly adopt the way of case analysis to deal with the problems.Especially according to the analysis and research of problems that company A has encountered in Regional Equity Financing,we will provide some suggestions in it.There are five parts in this paper.In the first part,Introduction,it mainly includes background and meaning,literature review,train of thought,its frame as well as the shortcomings and innovations of the research.In the second part,Case Introduction,the basic introduction of company A and Qianhai Equity Trading Center as well as its financial condition is included.What's more,it will also talk about the process and result of financing.The third part plays a very import role in this thesis,it will mainly analysis the problems that Company A has encountered in Regional Equity Financing,and find out the causes that result in it.Of course,there are lots of problems in company A itself.Such as,high financing cost and risk,lack of funds,single financing channel.What's more,because of its small-scale condition,it is difficult for him to get mortgage and security agreement.The problem that exist in Regional Equity Financing Center is that transregional business seems to be difficult,which also limits the amount of investor and the scale of finance.Moreover,enterprises,investors and stockjobber show little enthusiasm and willing towards Regional Equity Financing Markets.We should upgrade the financing ability and training service of Regional Equity Financing Center.All of these problems result from several aspects,ambiguous legal status,distempered supervision system,the impact of NEEQ and the internal causes ofRegional Equity Financing markets.As for the fourth part,based on the problems and the causes we have found out above,we will provide some suggestions.The last part,we will summarize the whole thesis.The major functions of Regional Equity Financing Market make a great difference to our economy.First,it is a cultivating and regulating area for medium and small-sized enterprises.Second,it's a financial center for medium and small-sized enterprise.Next,it makes it possible for local government to issue some policies to help medium and small-size enterprises.Finanlly,it extends the intermediary service function of capital market.The research of problems that medium and small-sized enterprises have encountered in Regional Equity Financing Market provides more references to financing market.It will contribute a lot to healthy and stable development of Regional Equity Financing Market.
