Analysis On The Effect Of Chongqing's Science And Technology Innovation On Advanced Of Industrial Structure Process

development environment for the scientific and technological innovation and advanced industrial structure;Chongqing science and technology innovation and industry-related policies to provide a system of protection for the development of the scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure of the advanced.In the process of the development of civilization,science and technology innovation has formed a dynamic mechanism with advancement of industrial structure.Whether the scientific and technological innovation is effective in promoting the industrial structure advanced,how to promote the industrial structure advanced,They are all meaningful research.Based on the data of science and technology and industry in Chongqing from 1997 to 2014,this paper has analyzed the current situation of scientific and technological innovation and the development industrial structure in Chongqing.The paper has analyzed the status of industrial structure development from the industrial structure,industrial employment structure,industrial investment structure,and measured the level of advanced industrial structure with industrial structure level coefficient.Finally,it is found that the industrial structure tends to be rationalized,industrial structure has some problems in the advanced processing,such as incoordination of industry ratio,the effect of labor transfer is not significant,Manpower,inefficient of capital investment.it has analyzed the current situation of scientific and technological innovation from six factors of the environment of science and technology innovation,knowledge creation ability,knowledge flow ability,enterprise technology innovation ability,science and technology innovation ability of university,the benefits of scientific and technological innovation.It has evaluated the ability of scientific and technological innovation with entropy method.Finally,it is found that there are some problems in the development of scientific and technological innovation,such as lack of funding for research funding,the shortage of human capital,scientific and technological achievements yield poor,lack of scientific and technological knowledge exchange.the greatest impact on Chongqing science and technology innovation ability is the scientific and technological innovation environment,knowledge innovation ability,knowledge flow ability,I choose R&D expenditure,the amount of patent applications accepted,the amount of technology market transactions as independent variables,industrial structure level factor as the dependent variable,the VAR model is used to analyze the impact of technological innovation on the advancement industry structure by means of ADF test,Johansen test,Granger causality test,impulse response function and variance decomposition.the results show that,R&D expenditure,the amount of patent applications accepted,the technical market transactions have a positive impact on the advanced industrial structure.the largest contribution is R&D expenditure,followed by the number of patent applications accepted,the technical market transactions contributed the least amount.The conclusion is as follows: technological innovation has a positive effect on the advanced structure of the industry.the increase of scientific research investment leads to the high level of industrial structure and the high level of industrial structure to promote the increase of scientific research.the improvement of the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements and the promotion of advanced industrial structure and the high level of industrial structure will help to improve the output efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.advancement of industrial structure can increase the technical market transactions a certain extent.Conclusion as below:1,scientific and technological innovation can effectively promote the industrial structure of advanced;2,Chongqing science and obstacles in the process of industrial upgrading;4,the main driving force of the industrial structure of Chongqing is the increase of scientific research investment;5,achievements in scientific and technological achievements can improve the efficiency of industrial structure;6,technical market transactions have a positive impact on the high level of industrial structure,but not significant.Based on the above empirical results and current situation analysis results,In order to promote the industrial structure of Chongqing,this paper puts forward five suggestions:1.Establish a collaborative innovation system,improve the ability of science and technology and industry science;2.Adjust the structure of scientific research investment,create a good environment for scientific and technological innovation;3.Implement the scientific and technological innovation talent strategy,to make up for shortcomings of science and technology talent;4.Accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,boost technology to industrial development;5.Build a resource sharing platform,to promote the accumulation of resources to emerging industries.
