With the advent of the knowledge economy,more and more enterprises put the human resources management into the core position of enterprise management,work and skills have changed,to explore and recruit suitable candidates is particularly important.In recent years,a large number of 85,90s' graduates into the workplace,and in the workplace and occupy more and more important position.At the same time they exposed the various conditions have been much attention from the all walks of life,which high turnover rate and talent access to become a major challenge facing enterprises.Academic research on the new generation of staff is also deepening,especially on the work value of the new generation of employees and the issue of separation.The new generation employees because of its special growth environment and background,their values become clear and personalized.the work values shown in the workplace is a clear difference between the previous generation,and relationship between their higher turnover rate and the existence of such a difference still need to study.Enterprises also want to fully understand their employees,to reduce the turnover rate.Through a large number of literature research found that,there has been some success in the study of work values and turnover intention,but the specific pathual relationship between the two needs to be clarified and enriched.The academic community affirmed the predicting effect of turnover on employee turnover,turnover's influencing factors have always been an important subject of human resource management,according to the different divorce models the influencing factors can be divided into five dimensions: organizational factors,work-related factors,external factors,psychological angle and personal characteristics.Although the study of the work values of many,but its structural features have not been a unified conclusion,and the change of the times causes the composition of the work values to change constantly.China's new generation of knowledge workers' value of its growth because of there is a rapid change in information,and Chinese and Western cultural collision and other characteristics,creating their unique personality.So that their work in the composition of values embodies the self-emotion,utilitarian-oriented,innovation-oriented,interpersonal harmony and long-term development and so on.Research shows that the performance of employees' work values in the workplace in the performance of a certain extent reflected in the staff and the organization of the degree of matching,that is,personal-organizational matching can be summarized as the employee's work values and organizational values of the degree of matching.The individual-organizational match is closely related to the turnover intention,the higher the degree of matching between the individual and the organization,the more able to maintain a longer employment relationship.Therefore,the main research content of this paper is the empirical study on the influence of the working value of the new generation knowledge worker on the turnover intention based on the individual-organization matching needs.In this study,we use literature analysis and questionnaire survey to carry out theoretical research and empirical test.First of all,the work of the values,turnover and personal-organizational matching and other related research carried out a theoretical comb.On this basis,the work of the new generation of knowledge workers value scale was revised,and put forward the preliminary theoretical model.Secondly,mainly to the new generation of knowledge workers as the object of investigation,conduct a questionnaire survey on the specific contents of the variables such as the work values of the target audience,the individual-organization match and the turnover intention.According to the data of the survey by SPSS 19.0,the descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,reliability and validity test,correlation and regression analysis were used to verify the theoretical hypothesis.The conclusions are as follows.(1)This study defines new generation employees was who were born in the 1980 s and born with the development of the Internet,its work values are different from those of the last generation.The working values of the new generation knowledge workers are mainly composed of self emotion,utilitarian orientation,innovation orientation,interpersonal harmony and long-term development.(2)Through the correlation analysis shows that the new generation of knowledge workers working values and turnover intention are negatively correlated,Long-term development and interpersonal harmony were significantly negatively correlated with turnover intention,and regression analysis showed that job values were able to predict turnover intention.(3)The interpersonal variables of person-organization fit are used to verify the relationship between work value,individual-organization matching and turnover intention.Regression analysis shows that person-organization fitting has a mediating role between job values and turnover intention.Finally,it clarifies the relationship between the working values of the new generation of knowledge workers,individual and organization match and turnover intention.This paper argues that enterprises should pay attention to the staff's work values and their matching with the organization,through the continuous improvement of corporate culture,so that values into the enterprise management system.And to provide employees with a harmonious working environment to improve the staff's work values matching and satisfaction,thereby reducing their turnover intention.
