Stock Index Futures Investment Risk Management For S Company

Stock index futures is a financial derivative products in order to avoid the stock marketunilateral huge price risk arises,since its launch,wide attention.The stock index futures market risk in large scale,involving a wide range,with amplification,complexity and preventive features.The Shanghai and Shenzhen index futures trading,the futures market has spawned substantial scale to improve,but because the stock market has great relevance,if there is risk,prone to chain reaction.Therefore,it should strengthen the wind management of stock index futures,lay the foundation for the healthy operation for the whole market.Based on the summary of the previous,through the study of China's stock index futures products,examples of S investment company stock index futures,lists the main risks as institutional investors in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock index futures to face;and introduces the S company investment in the process of stock index futures in how to effectively identify and control risk,so as to achieve the value of stable investment returns.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of the research,and then summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and expounds the research contents and research methods of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the basic theory of stock index futures,including stock index futures and the meaning of risk characteristics and risk management theory is introduced.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of S company in the securities and futures market index futures investment,including investment income and risk management status.The fourth chapter is for the risk identification of S stock index futures investment in each risk point,and analysis of the causes of the risk.The fifth chapter is the focus of this paper,a detailed description of the S stock index futures investment risk control and prevention measures.
