Oil tube,a kind of oil equipment,is mainly used in the oil industry and serves for the oil exploration,transportation and finishing,is highly depended on the oil industry.As the development of internationalization,oil exploration,research,finishing and transportation industry have step into the advantaged period.The oil tube enterprise shall keep the synchronization speed of internationalization with the oil industry to realize its sustainable progress.The urgent task of these enterprises is to set and implement the reasonable internationalization strategy.The internationalization strategy means the strategic decision that the enterprise participated into the international work division whose operation are improved from domestic to international market under the globalization net work background.For the improvement of the tube productivity,more and more enterprises have listed the internationalization strategy as the key strategy when the domestic market tending to saturation.T Group,established in 2002,is a giant oil tube group and began its large area acquisition and reorganization in recent decade.Consequently,T became the leader tube company of the world and figured with its excellent internationalization strategy.For the large scale drop of international oil price since 2014,the oil industry was severe impacted,meanwhile the international merging and reorganization returned again.During this period,the sales of T group sharp cutoff,its oversea plants and origination was impacted a lot.Facing the chop change of the global market,T has to optimize and adjust its strategy which ischallenged under the external environment to stable its fruits of internationalization strategy and keep its market share of the world.Focusing on the recent internationalization strategy in front of the T group based on theories of internationalization and strategy management,to propose the problems and use SWOT to make the related optimum proposals and supporting measures.In is paper,first,analyzing the progress stages of the T internationalization strategy,figure out its characteristics,and propose problems in its process.Second,catalog environmental changes from inside and outsideof T group,including oil industry,tube industry,outside environment and inside environment.After environmental analyzing,SWOT construction is summarized in sheet form listing the strength,weakness,opportunity and challenges.Upon SWOT result,T Group optimization program and supporting measures are drawing out,finally,to summarize the research results.
