Research On The Audit Of Equity Investment In Audit Department

State-owned enterprises are the main driving force for economic development in China.In recent years,however,they are confronted with a serious loss of state-owned assets.In their operating process,equity investment is an important task,but it is prone to low ratio of output to input,deficit blind investment and other issues.It's therefore necessary to conduct equity investment auditing of state-owned enterprises to monitor and guarantee their preservation and increase of the value of state-owned assets.However,there are still many problems with grass-roots audit agencies in this aspect.In view of this,the paper focuses on problems that grass-roots audit agencies face in the auditing of equity investment of state-owned enterprises,which is of practical significance to improving the efficiency of equity investment of state-owned enterprises and the quality of the relevant auditing.A case study with YB Audit Bureau is presented.A systematic analysis is first made of problems with equity investment auditing of regional state-owned enterprises that YB carried out in the second half of 2016,with relevant literature gathered and interviews conducted with the Water Conservancy Bureau leaders who used to take charge of LT Power Station.Then data that have been collected during the author's internship with YB on its equity investment auditing of state-owned enterprises are collated in order to identify problems with grass-roots audit agencies in equity investment auditing of state-owned enterprises and analyze the causes thereof.This article first elaborated the research background and significance,as well as the research content and method,and puts forward the innovation of this article.And then combed the domestic and foreign research situation of the state-owned enterprise equity investment audit,and make comments.Then expounds the basic audit institutions audit of state-owned enterprises equity investment research concept definition and theoretical basis,and summarizes the main content of auditing state-owned enterprises equity investment.Then,based on YB audit bureau as an example,analyzes the basic audit institutions audit of state-owned enterprises equity investment.Finally,according to the above problems puts forward four Suggestions: strengthen the audit strength,improve the quality of audit work;Set up the evaluation system of equity investment related;Choose reasonable audit method;Strengthen the audit results.This article discusses hopes to audit in the state-ownedenterprise equity investment research for Chinese.It may therefore provide some theoretical references and practical solutions for grass-roots audit agencies including YB in their equity investment auditing of state-owned enterprises in order to improve their audit efficiency and results and ensure national audit supervision plays its full role.It is hoped that this study may contribute to research on equity investment auditing of state-owned enterprises.
