A Study Of HZT Company's Financing Strategy Against The Background Of Asset Securitization

More than 30 years of economic system reform in China have enabled great development in small and medium-sized enterprises. They have played very important roles in China's economic development and are of significance as for the stability of the national economy. At the same time, the small and medium-sized enterprises have met the bottleneck in development: shortage of funds and financing difficulties hinder their development. Although the government attaches great importance to the problems, and has introduced many policies and measures, but still can't meet their capital requirements.Therefore,there arise great needs to seek new financing channels and better financing means for small and medium enterprises. Asset securitization, as an initiative innovative financing tool in the field of finance in the 20th century, was widely applied in Europe, the United States and other countries,and produced positive effect. After over ten years of research and spread, it represents hope for small and medium enterprises. Against this background, this paper explores HZT's financing strategy to solve its financing problems.Based on the collection and sorting of research status quo of asset securitization,financing of small and medium-sized enterprise at home and abroad,in junction with the impact of asset securitization on financing of our country's small and medium-sized enterprises, using induction, deduction and comparison study as research methods, teases the financing process of HZT company,summarizes the financing problems,analyses the causes and explores how to solve HZT company financing problems by way of reforms against the background of asset securitization. Specifically, it includes the guiding ideology and basic principles for HZT company financing strategy reform, and the reform direction and content. While developing new financing strategy for the company, the paper also seeks measure insurance to go with it. This study aims at solving the financing problems for real, providing guarantee for HZT's investments, and infusing new power for its development.
