Study On Effects Of Venture Capital On Economy Growth In China

Since the reform and opening of China from the 1980s,the economy has been sustained growth for more than 30 years,so that China has successfully entered the middle income countries,and it is a veritable economic power.But with the deepening of reform,because of the population dividends declining,accumulation of"middle income trap "risk,the profound adjustment of the international economic structure and a series of internal and external factors,our country is entering the economic development of the" new normal "stage.According to the development of the "Thirth Five-Year Plan",China should actively deepen the reform of China's economic system and promote "supply side" as the core content of reform,to explore the development system of the new normal economy,accelerate the construction innovation country,promote the increase of social welfare and the stable growth of economy in our country.Venture capital is a new kind of investment and financing tools,and it can promote the conversion of high and new technology research.It has gradually become one of the important driving force of promoting China's hi-tech industry development,promoting industrial structure transformation and changing of the economic development mode,so it has very important influence on steady economic growth.This article thinks that the venture capital is an important factor of affecting economic growth and makes it as the research focus.First of all,making a comprehensive analysis of the mechanism of action of venture capital to economic growth,demonstrating the two aspects of influence of venture capital to economic growth,and the startup current situation of the development of China's recent venture capital,to find the existing development problems of China's recent venture capital.Secondly,using the method of quantitative analysis to analysis the relationship of venture capital development index and economic growth indicators in perspective of the amount effect and mass effect to deeply explore relationship between venture capital and economic growth.Finally it is concluded that venture capital indeed generate positive effect to our country economic growth,that venture capital investment not only has a positive impact on the amount of China's economic growth,but also has a mass impact on economic growth through the optimization of industrial structure and improving the efficiency of labor resource allocation.In addition,basing on the above research and combining with the existing development process problems of China's venture capital,this paper will put forward suggestions in four aspects of expanding sources of funding channels,improving the venture capital operation system of the external environment,cultivating high quality talents and improving the venture capital exit channel,hoping to promote the development of venture capital and achieve the purpose to promote the growth of China's economic stability.
