The Research On The Primary Market Supervision In D Area Of Huainan

Since the reform and opening-up,the market supervision system has experienced many reforms and has been exploring the coordination and professionalization constantly in order to adapt to the increasing diversity of the market subject as well as the increasing complexity of market behaviors.In early 2014,Anhui Province took the lead in implementing the reform.The provincial level "vertical management" model in industry and commerce and quality inspection was canceled.And the hierarchical management of local government was adopted,enhancing the integration of industry and commerce,quality supervision,food and drug regulatory responsibilities and organizations and establishing Market Supervision and Administration Bureau to take charge of the market supervision work including industry and commerce administration management,quality and technical supervision,and food and drug safety.It is the forth year since the reform and opening-up has been carried out.And the new Market Supervision and Administration Bureau faces all kinds of problems in the running process.Therefore,how to further deepen the reform,enhance supervision efficiency and make it better serve economic and social development is the main purpose of this essay.This article mainly aims at studying the market supervision reform in D???area.First of all,the domestic and foreign relevant theories are reviewed.And then based on the evolution of market supervision reform,the specific content of the reform and the reality of the reform are summarized.In addition,combining the practice of predecessors,research with their own observation,this article analyses the existing problems and the causes of them in the market supervision reform of D area.Finally,corresponding countermeasures about deepening the reform are put forward in the last chapter of this article.
