With the arrival of the shared economy,various economic factors are becoming more and more active,and the flexibility of enterprise management is increasing day by day.Employee voice behavior can enhance the ability of organization improvisation,improving important driving factors of organizational flexibility and adaptability.At the same time,the traditional labor relations impact,the value of individual employees rise,how to fully stimulate the vitality and increase employee organizational citizenship behavior of employees,such as voice behavior,is an urgent problem to be solved.As a yardstick to measure employee engagement,organizational socialization can help employees achieve the shift from "outsider" to "insider",which will lead to more positive role behavior.Based on social exchange theory and resource preservation theory of organizational socialization tactics(content dimension,social dimension,situational dimensions)to study the relationship with voice behavior,and the effects of perceived organizational support play intermediary role in the influence path of the.At the same time,because China is a country with a different pattern,the impact of leadership on employees is often stronger than that of the organization.Therefore,this study also discusses the moderating effect of service leadership in order to improve the research of organizational socialization.This study through field questionnaire and network questionnaire matched were collected from three city nationwide more than 20 enterprises and 186 employees and 31 leaders of the data,using statistical analysis software SPSS20.0,Amos and HLM7.0,the data were factor analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical linear analysis,draw the following conclusions:First of all,the voice behavior of organizational socialization tactics has significant positive impact on employee.The higher the system of organizational socialization tactics,more voice behavior of employees,and voice behavior less.At the same time,the social factors are the most important factors in the organization socialization strategy,and the second is the content and situational factors.Secondly,the mediating effect of perceived organizational support on organizational socialization tactics and employee voice behavior.Organizational socialization tactics can directly affect employee voice behavior,can also have an impact on employee voice behavior indirectly through perceived organizational support system,organizational socialization strategies can strengthen employees' perceived organizational support,to encourage employees to take more suggestions to improve the competitiveness of the organization.Third,service leadership regulates the relationship between organizational socialization strategy and perceived organizational support.The higher the degree of service leadership,organizational socialization tactics on positive effect of perceived organizational support is more intense,more voice behavior of employees,on the other hand,the relationship between.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the formalism,get rid of the circle consciousness,strengthen the service thinking and accelerate the transformation of the human resources department.
