For a sales companies,sales staff is the most valuable wealth of company,is the source of company survival and development,the company all staff belong to more active in the crowd,once the management methods on deviation,can produce negative emotions,then quit.If the sales staff to actively play their own subjective initiative to improve sales performance,so the sales staff to actively effective management,incentive motivation increase at the same time reduce the sales staff turnover rate is too high to affect the economic benefits of the company issues are particularly important.Therefore,how to establish reasonable and effective performance management system,how to strengthen the theory and method of performance management,and thus it is particularly important to attract and retain talent.BR is a company set up more than 20 years of sales company,the company has established in the marketing management method and train of thought,mode of sales force management and performance appraisal scheme has a fixed pattern.But with the increasingly fierce market competition,the same assessment mode restricts the development of sales business further.At first,this paper made a detailed introduction of performance management related theory,including the four main assessment methods.Secondly,based on the characteristics of BR company sales staff,performance management to make a detailed analysis of the sales staff.Through the use of KPI key performance indicators(kpis)combined with a balanced scorecard approach,to build BR company performance evaluation system,based on the system put forward the corresponding assessment process and standard,evaluation on the argument.This study aims to enhance job satisfaction through to the sales staff performance management and motivation,strategic goal to provide effective support for the company,also hope to be able to for the medical device industry sales of enterprises to provide more help in the performance appraisal management.
