After joining the WTO,China's securities market has witnessed rapid development,especially after the reform of the share structure in 2005.The development of the capital market also provides important financial support for social and economic development.Securities regulation plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the stock market,but China's securities regulators started late,but the stock market development speed is not too fast,the coordinated regulation system and the development of the securities market,the contradiction between the two become an important factor restricting the development of China's securities market.As recently as 2015,there was a crisis in the market of China's securities market,it is the daily said the crash.The process of review of the market crisis,can be found in China's securities market exists the following problems in the regulation,such as: the lack of unified supervision,regulators' illegal,herding,investors no policy of long-term mechanism,securities companies and other institutions as well as a large number of illegal regulatory lag and other issues,and these issues are reflected from the side China's securities market supervision system is not perfect.I hope that in 2015 the market crisis as an opportunity,through the study of the general theory of regulation,based on the analysis and understanding of the problem,learn from the advanced experience abroad,combined with their own work experience,put forward some feasible countermeasures to solve some problems in existing securities supervision.Although we can not completely improve the current situation of securities supervision in China,we hope that through our own research and analysis,the securities regulation will be improved...
