Research On The Optimization Of ZLG Guarantee Corporation's Comprehensive Risk Management System

Guarantee Corporation as a non banking financial institutions,is recognized as the world's high risk industry,as a bridge between the bank and enterprise financing,and the economic development process is an indispensable organization.Guarantee Corporation as a middle and small business loans and bank lending between the middle role,effectively solve the financing difficulties of SMEs,financing your problem,for the healthy development of the social economy has made tremendous contributions.But compared with the developed countries,the development of Guarantee Corporation,China's Guarantee Corporation,whether from the risk control,or the amount of the guarantee is in the initial stage,therefore,the Guarantee Corporation's risk management has become an urgent issue in the industry.This paper takes ZLG Guarantee Corporation as an example,in view of the change of ZLG Guarantee Corporation operating environment,application of COSO Committee of the 2013 version of "internal control-integrated framework","SASAC central enterprises comprehensive risk management guidelines" and ISO31000 risk management principles,framework and process theory;put forward the idea of optimizing the system of risk management of Guarantee Corporation and the specific ZLG content.This paper defines the overall risk management and risk management system concept,elaborated the SASAC central enterprises comprehensive risk management guidelines ",the COSO Committee 2013 edition of" internal control-integrated framework "and ISO31000 risk management principles,framework and process of the theory of knowledge;secondly,introduces the ZLG Guarantee Corporation's business processes,identify the existence of the operation process of the risk source,and classified according to the potential risks;and then analyzes the main problems of ZLG Guarantee corporation risk management;finally,from the perfect risk management organization system,risk management process reengineering,focus control,risk management and risk management information system of safety culture and other aspects of the optimization scheme.With a view to the risk management of ZLG Guarantee Corporation to lay a solid foundation.
