IN the global economy today,especially with the increasing popularity of information technology and information industry booming economy,IT industry is not only an independent technology and industry,and extensive infiltration of various business sectors in all industries and all aspects of organizational management,become as the basic conditions and important means for development of most of the organizations,and corresponding,IT services industry has also become associated with other industries the highest degree of service industry.But face such great opportunity,China's IT outsourcing service provider in the constantly expanding market,but also facing the challenge of how to achieve a qualitative upgrading.Currently,the whole business model of domestic IT outsourcing market is not very prominent.At the same time,the lack of a quantifiable,standardized IT outsourcing service management system and a reasonable industry standards and uniform standards,result in market size and user base is still very small compared to more foreign.Therefore,more and more businesses have to gaze into the ITIL – a best practice from abroad and specialized guiding the management of enterprise IT outsourcing application services management.The full name of ITIL is “Information Technology Infrastructure Library”.It is produced in 20 th century 80 s and proposed by OGC.It provides a precise definition of the term compatible,intuitive system framework and a series of management processes,and a number of specific terms about IT outsourcing,and provides a unified language environment for the IT outsourcing business exchanges between the parties.It improves communication efficiency,reduces outsourcing risk.It also can help reduce the cost of outsourcing service providers and provide customers with flexible service management.Abroad,ITIL has long been widely used in IT outsourcing services industry.Many scholars have generally agreed that,in order to recommend the development of ITIL as IT outsourcing services for today's choice.However,there are only some well-known enterprises such as IBM,HP,etc.,make an application of ITIL to guide practical business.Others are still in the exploratory phase having just begun,nor give a clear enterprise business model of IT Outsourcing Service based on ITIL.The thesis is on the basic of reading a lot of literature and theoretical research.It has IT outsourcing services to domestic current market situation and future trends indepth analysis,and combination of ITIL and IT outsourcing services architecture management theories,to the author's company-Helpgo Information Co.,Ltd.real case,focus on how to design and implementation of IT outsourcing service management model based on ITIL,and discover how to integrate the specific ITIL IT outsourcing services to organizations in and related models,business model and profit model analysis of such and so on.IT outsourcing services to explore sustainable development,positive and useful attempt to,which can be really effective for the IT outsourcing service providers to provide a reference,and help industry stakeholders to develop a deeper and better market,standardized service management system,service providers and customers ultimately a win-win situation.
